Giving back to the scientific community is important to Thorlabs. The new lab program is an effort to contribute to the establishment of the new labs both in research and teaching. We understand how challenging starting a new lab can be, so we’d like to contribute to those scientists starting a new lab by providing dedicated account and technical support along with a 10% discount. Discounts are provided for the first 12 months after the creation of the new lab.

Who is eligible for the program?

Your lab can be eligible for the program if:
  • You are a new professor.
  • Have recently moved to a new institution.
  • Are moving your lab location to a new building on the same campus.
  • Your lab is being opened due to a new grant.
