Thorlabs offers a selection of free-space and fiber-coupled biased detectors. Our high-speed detectors have bandwidths up to 5 GHz. Our high-speed and free-space detectors can be used in conjunction with our photodiode amplifier, and our spectral response flattening filters improve the response uniformity of silicon detectors. Ultrafast detectors optimized for time domain applications and bandwidths up to 30 GHz are available as a fully operational instrument or in a compact, hermetically sealed package for OEM applications. Adapters can be used to couple a fiber to a free-space detector.
