I will reach out to you to confirm I understand the ball bearing you refer to, as there are multiple in this assembly, but you should be able to reassemble this without much trouble. (posted 2016-06-22 11:47:11.343) I have a question on the DM10B actuator. I think I get how the fine resolution is 0.5um: 50 um per turn, 50 divisions per turn so 1 um per division ... assume I can do a half division turn so 0.5um for fine resolution.
With this same reasoning wouldn't I get 5um sensitivity for the coarse resolution ... how does one get to the 1um coarse sensitivity that's listed ? besembeson

DRV3 8 mm差分调节器是下方DM10B调节器的模块化快速连接版本，兼容我们的NanoMax MAX300和MAX600系列位移台。拧下现有驱动器即可安装DRV3驱动器。
